GOALS...what are they good for?

Absolutely EVERYTHING! :)



When you are setting your goals here are a few things to think about.

1) Make them specific & measurable.

2) Make them challenging yet realistic.

3) Set both long term & short term goals.
**But don't set too many you become overwhelmed**

4) Develop a strategy to ACHIEVE your goals.

5) Re-evaluate your goals from time to time.

ALWAYS push just beyond your comfort zone to reach that next level.
